About this project.
As a UX Designer intern at Kairos Technologies, I worked on enhancing the company's digital presence and user experience by creating clickable prototypes and design elements. I helped modernize the company's website by designing new templates and visual components using Adobe XD. Additionally, I collaborated with developers to ensure responsive design components were implemented effectively, improving accessibility and user interaction across devices. My role also involved applying UX design practices to support the development of intuitive and engaging web interfaces.

Project Information
1
Project Overview
Kairos Technologies initiated a project to modernize its corporate website to improve user engagement and device accessibility. The primary focus was to create a visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website that aligned with the company's brand identity while ensuring a seamless experience for its clients and partners.
2
Problem Statement
The existing website was outdated in design, lacked responsiveness, and did not effectively communicate the brand's values and offerings. Users reported difficulties in navigation, slow load times, and inconsistency in the design, which impacted the company's online presence and user engagement.
3
Solution Design
The solution design process began with conducting usability testing and analyzing website analytics to identify gaps in the existing website and understand user behavior. Feedback from users revealed that the website was visually unappealing, difficult to navigate, and not optimized for mobile, leading to a poor user experience. Key pain points included inconsistent branding, outdated design, poor mobile responsiveness, and a cluttered interface with unclear navigation paths, all of which hindered users from quickly accessing important resources and information.
Low-Fidelity Prototypes
Created wireframes on Figma to explore potential layouts and structures:
-
Streamlined Navigation: Introduced a simplified menu structure to guide users effectively.
-
Consistent Branding: Unified the visual style to reflect the company's identify
-
Mobile Optimization: Designed layouts tailored for mobile devices
High-Fidelity Prototypes
Refined the initial designs based on user and stakeholder feedback:
-
Visual Design: Modernized the look and feel with clean typography, consistent color schemes, and engaging visuals
-
Responsive Design: Ensured seamless transitions between desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts
-
Enhanced Interactivity: Added dynamic elements such as hover effects and smooth transitions to improve user engagement
